Eating Nothing

A brief interpretation of how insecurities make you feel.
In this illustration we can see a character, which has not very "attractive" features compared to the beauty parameters of today's society. The character is shown in an awkward composure trying to eat something from an empty bowl, as if he is trying to find a way to ignore that the people around him are watching him.
All this atmosphere has a single source of light, which is a candle that can be seen to the left of the table where My character is.
The candle can mean many things and I would like to leave it to a free interpretation as well as all my drawings :)
